Crossing into Afghanistan: Arrival in Herat

Arrived in Herat, Afghanistan. Finally. What a hell of a border crossing we had. We thought we never gonna make it or end up in prison. Until we reached the border of Iran and Afghanistan we already faced many checkpoints including car searches. But at the border they took us apart – for 6 hours. We understand the current situation, it's a upcoming war – but still, what's the point treating two travelers like real bad criminals? But now we are here and it's a release, this city has such a calm vibe and we already love it.
