A Long Border Crossing at Shalamche

Border crossing from Kuwait to Iraq went super smooth but on the border to Iran we got stuck. Just a moment before we arrived at the customs to get our car documents done at 2pm, the office closed. “Come back tomorrow”. WTF and it's real hot. Some guy from the Iranian border police tried to help us and make the impossible possible. He sent us from one office to another, getting some signature of some head of something and sent us to the gate. But no, we couldn't pass. Sleeping in the car was no option, too hot, but sleeping in a hotel in town not far from the border was.
